Dr. Saman Rahbar — Dentist & Co‑Owner

Born and raised in Ottawa, Dr. Rahbar earned a Biology degree at the University of Ottawa and a Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honours from the University of Toronto. He completed two hospital‑based General Practice Residencies — first with the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Washington (Seattle), then as chief resident at the UCLA/West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. His clinical focus includes sedation dentistry, dental trauma management, implant surgery, and prosthodontics. Back home in Ottawa, he continues advanced education and is passionate about helping patients overcome dental anxiety. Outside the clinic, he enjoys travel, community outreach, sports, food, and recording music.

Dr. Mohammad Zohouri — Dentist

With over 30 years of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Zohouri earned his DDS from the University of Ferdowsi (1978) and opened a successful private practice. He volunteered at a leprosy village in Tabriz and taught at the Tabriz Oral Hygiene School and the University of Tabriz. After immigrating to Canada, he obtained Canadian qualifications and practiced in Richmond Hill from 1996, caring for multigenerational families. For more than two decades, he volunteered at Evergreen Health Centre (Yonge Street Mission) serving at‑risk youth. He is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Association. In 2023, he and his wife relocated to Ottawa to be closer to family.

Dr. David Halpin — Dentist

Dr. Halpin was born in Calgary, grew up in Toronto, and later settled in Ottawa. He completed a BSc at Acadia University, earning the G. Wilbert Cox Trophy and Medal as University Student of the Year for excellence in academics, athletics, and campus service. He co‑captained the Acadia Axemen hockey team and was named MVP. He earned his DDS at Western University in 1984, then played professional hockey in Austria and Germany before returning to Canada to establish his Ottawa practice in 1987. A lifelong learner, he has completed thousands of hours of post‑graduate training in implants, prosthetics, periodontics, and orthodontics. He enjoys travel, cooking, languages (German, Spanish, French), and charitable dental missions across Central America and Eastern Europe.

Bahara — Registered Dental Hygienist

A 2011 graduate of the Canadian National Institute of Health, Bahara brings extensive experience in periodontal care and orthodontic support. She is committed to gentle, thorough hygiene visits and patient education. Her volunteer work includes local initiatives and international outreach in Ecuador. Beyond dentistry, she is the entrepreneur behind AtrisaCakes — sharing creativity and joy with the community.
